Here is a super easy way to preserve your chillies! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Chillies of your choice
250 ml sugar
250 ml vinegar
125 ml oil
black pepper corns
bay leaves
Directions:
Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper corns and bayleaves in the pot.
Bring to boil while stirring.
Add chopped chillies and boil for about 9 minutes.
Use a spoon to scoop the chillies out and into clean jars.
Add the sauce to the jar. Make sure to cover the chillies.
Let it cool a bit and store in the fridge.
