Super Easy Pickled Chillies

Here is a super easy way to preserve your chillies! Enjoy!


Ingredients:

  • Chillies of your choice

  • 250 ml sugar

  • 250 ml vinegar

  • 125 ml oil

  • black pepper corns

  • bay leaves


Directions:

  1. Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper corns and bayleaves in the pot. 

  2.  Bring to boil while stirring. 

  3.  Add chopped chillies and boil for about 9 minutes. 

  4.  Use a spoon to scoop the chillies out and into clean jars. 

  5.  Add the sauce to the jar. Make sure to cover the chillies. 

  6.  Let it cool a bit and store in the fridge.
