Wondering what to do with your leftover steak.  This yummy steak slider only takes about 20 minutes to make!

Ingredients:

  • leftover steak

  • 2 onions, thinly sliced

  • 2 green peppers, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • olive oil

  • 4 tbsp (60 ml)  soya sauce

  • Slider bun

  • mayonnaise

  • grated cheese

Directions:

  1. To make things easier, fist prep all your ingredients.

  2.  Keep your steak in the fridge and take it out just before you start your meal because you want to slice the steak as thin as possible and this is easier when the steak is still cold.

  3.  Heat olive oil in a wok. Add onions and saute until they start to brown. Now add your peppers as well as a tablespoon of crushed garlic.

  4.  Add salt and pepper and fry until the peppers are soft.

  5.  Now add the steak and 60 ml of soya sauce.

  6.  Mix well and reduce heat to low and while the flavor infuses

  7.  Toast a bun with some butter in a toaster, air fryer or in the pan until it is brown.

  8.  Spread some mayonnaise over the toasted bun.

  9. Now add your filling, then some grated cheese and a soft fried egg.

  10.  Enjoy!
