This creamy tomato prawn pasta is easy to make and a family favorite in our home!
Ingredients:
500 g prawn, defrosted
salt & pepper
fish spice
2 cups leftover roasted tomato soup
2 soup spoons of Pasta water
½ cup White wine
½ cup Cream
Parsley
Linguine pasta, cooked al dente
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Take your prawn and season it well with salt, pepper and some fish spice. Mix it with your hands to make sure it is well seasoned. Arrange it in the airfryer and cook for about 20 minutes on 180 degrees celcius.
While the pasta & prawns are cooking, warm up the leftover roasted tomato soup in a saucepan.
Add the white wine and cream to the soup and cook for a few minutes, or until heated through.
Add the cooked prawns to the soup and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add it to the saucepan with the soup and prawns.
Cook for a few minutes, or until heated through.
Stir in the parsley and serve immediately.
